Built in 2001, Jempinis Villas lead the way in opening up the luxury villa market in Jempinis, one of the most delightful Balinese villages North of Seminyak.  The area is now home to some of the island’s most prestigious villas.

Jempinis Villas also led the way in being one of the first multi-owner developments to employ an offshore, corporate ownership structure.  The detailed legal work for this was conducted by top Jakarta law firm SSEK and represents the bedrock of mc2 ’s expertise in offshore ownership structures.

Each of the villas is professionally managed, with some available for open-market rent.
